Thanks for this big dawg!

buuump
Just what i needed. Been lovin knee bars lately, Thanks ZOG!
Chris's detail and level of control he teaches is what sets his approach leagues ahead of the competition! If you get the opportunity to learn directly from him, don't rob yourself from the wealth of knowledge you will receive! I was simply amazed!
awesome
Thnx Sir Chris. Its Gr8
I work on something for a little while, find out its awesome and a little bit undercover, then you go and post it up again for the world to see. These gems are supposed to stay hidden in the deepest darkest shadows of the youtubes. Booo to you Zog. Im on a horse.

is there anyway I can see this from the top view or from the ground guys head looking towards his feet? Looking specifically for 1:37 to 2:04 for the transition frm side control to twister side control.
I can hear what your instructions are, about driving the knee into the head and attacking the left arm, but cannot see them.
call me anal, but I will watch a technique about 35 times before I try it, trying to mentally map it, then try to get the muscle memory. Since I don't have a 10P near me, videos and thisforum is all I have to go on.
Between these videos and the recent MTS I won't likely be shooting more of this series for awhile.
I understand, thank you for the videos. It really does help a lot.
