Won the German Championships

Sup guys, I placed first No-Gi Blue Belt in my Division in the German Championships. Had lots of oldschools and some rubber guard in the mix.

Funny thing is, in my final the guy was squeezing my neck really hard and I remembered something. In "The Twister" Eddie said how he thought he can easier defend the choke then the sweep at a point so he acted like the choke was effective. Well I did the same and started making funny sounding noises like I can't breathe, so my opponent ended up burning out his arms and I won. Not sure I anyone else does that too, but it seems effective :D

He was complaining to the ref that the move was illegal, but it's legal under ibjjf rules so there wasn't a problem

Yeah that's where I remembered it from, I really hope Eddie will talk about stuff like that in his upcoming podcast.

Haha yeah, I figured that. A lot of guys are still clueless about the fact that groin stretching submissions are legal in IBJJF. I keep telling people; eventually they'll have to learn some 10th planet or they're gonna keep getting tapped with it. Loius Ho's electric chair and your crotch ripper are good examples.
