nationals 2013 groups white and blue as same banned subs.
worlds 2012 mentions specifically that twisters are ok and knee bars are ok.
nationals 2013 bans both techniques at blue.
i could be wrong but i remember the worlds 2012 rules getting revised shortly before the event allowing the knee bar and twister. is there a possibility that a revision may be coming?

On January 4 and January 4 only there will be a 20% discount for all 10p warriors so hold off until then to register :)
Santa Fe will be there. I can say myself and Ruben for sure and will definitely be bringing a group.
