Hello to all (& some vids)

Hi I am a long time fan and 'lurker' on these forums and thinks its about time I said hi publicly (now the world hasn't ended)

A little about me, I have studied Martial Arts my whole life, my base system was Combat Jujutsu (with its roots in JJJ), I started practising Vale Tudo and NHB as a teen before it became MMA and really found grappling to be where I was most comfortable and most interested. I have competed in MMA and Submission Grappling, and as I became more involved in the grappling discovered 10th Planet and really clicked with the philosophy and system (it was actually intro'd to me by a Roger Gracie Purple Belt after a match against him).

It has become a huge part of my game and I have aspirations to grade in the system and maybe one day (when I'm ready) open an official Moon at my gym. Eddie was kind enough to respond to an email and suggested I should say Hi, make myself known on here and post some competition fights...

So once again Hi and I look forward to finally talking with you guys. (side note how many vids is respectable/acceptable to post?)

What kind of vids are your talking about? tech vids or comp vids? :)

Hi Tom, I come from a traditional Bjj background but unlike you I wasn't allowed to practise any 10th planet technique at my school.

Thanks Ryan and Johnnie. Well I am really lucky in that my Father runs our gym and has always been very progressive in his own training and always encouraged cross training and exploration of other systems and styles. As long as we train hard and safe we use and incorporate as much as we can. Great lick to you as well, I will look out for the Seminars in 2013!!

I tried posting some YouTube links in here with some of my fights, but they didn't seem to load/work?! Any help would be great...

Hi Trez and Mick, thanks for the welcome and advice as well. Mick I think you competed on a few of the same MMA shows as my Dad (Kevin O'Hagan). Ultimate Combat for one I believe :). Hmm wonder if I can just post a link to my 'channel' I never upload vids, but was advised it would be a good way to intro myself.
