I dig the pgl, sick matches
Yeah I really like the format. Three 3 min. rounds with a 1 minute break in between so the fighters need to get to work fast. No points and the only way to win is submission only or win a judges decision (3 judges score the rounds just like in MMA).
Just announced today that Gabby will be the first female to compete on the PGL card in April in a superfight against Jen Lofaro. Training camp starts monday.

Thanks brotha, Training with the Vista crew helped us out so much, it was fun getting roughed up by Ryan, Boogie man and Geo. East coast and West coast connection.
