Great video. Really looking forward to tomorrow's seminar.
Fucking very dope interview. One of my favorites I've seen from Eddie, and I've seen a lot.
Dopamine. So gutted I couldn't make it :( looks like it was a fun day!
How ironic was the last line. "Fighters who can win off their back is the future."
thanks for posting this.
Last weekend on the local level no one got knocked out in the 9 mma fights, 6 people were submitted. 3 of those were guillotine variations (arm in, no arm, standing) 3 were RNC variations (one with no hooks in). Many armbars were attempted, and I couldve swore I saw an attempt at a standing arm (head and arm) triangle.
I
love it Eddie dropping knowledge!

Great interview! My gf said he was rambling but I enjoyed it. I also threw her in a triangle for that comment :)
Still buzzing off the fact I was at this seminar. Eddie is such a fantastic teacher!
The rambling is where the gold is. Always knowledge in there. Great interview.
You came off as fairly articulate and concise in my opinion. Nice to see everything spelled out for those that are not well researched on 10th Planet. Well done.
I was smiling & waiting for Eddie to rip him about the boxing comment. When Eddie kinda agreed about boxing I actually yelled out NOOoooooo like a dramatic movie.
Eddie always seems very composed & professional when dealing with naysayers so maybe he was just avoiding any unnecessary arguments. The beginnings of boxing stances are almost humorous with the head back and hands forward. Now young boxers wanna shoulder-roll in crab stances while keeping everything compact. Every sport becomes better, changes and improves.Old clips of pitchers in baseball look odd for a reason... the evolution of the sport.
Free Matt Riddle!
Great interview! I can see Royce wanting to secure his fathers legacy But I think his comments came off a bit ridiculous. When he spoke of boxing that seemed like a terrible comparison. Also I remember seeing footage of the Gracie's back in the early days performing flying armbars!
I think Eddie did a great job!
