This was kind of a freestyle. He was def going for omo, but Alan recognized and escaped his arm, from the omo, by extending it. Helio capitilized by trapping the extended arm and rolling ontop ot finish. Very reactional, but technical, grappler.
Im glad i learned about him too. Hes is a really technical grappler and I love wacthing him roll for that reason, you are very fortunate to have him instructing you, be a sponge and dont take him for granted.Quote:
