I've had the privelage of learning from Mike on a couple of occasions. His technique is ridiculoulsy tight and he's strong as a bull.

That was amazing. You make it look too easy. We been focusing on the Carni all last week and will again this week. We worked on it before, but never really focus on it like now. Cora's been killing with it at the gym against bigger boys so I think its time to showcase it at the next tournament. Also I hope you don't mind, but I just shared this vid with a friend on facebook. Their daughter been watching Cora's video and have since been using alot of rubber guard. So I shared this video of yours of the Carni so she can put it into her game as well. Maybe they like it so much that they will take up the system also.
