Means/Masvidal was a great fight. Mean elbows from Means. He was not nice with those. I think the takedowns sealed the win for Masvidal though. Entertaining regardless.
Forgot JoeB was on this card! Darren is a great fighter to watch but Joe is so tough. Gonna be good.

I think it was almost dead even, a tie. Tie goes to champ. Also if you look at strikes landed, Benson was almost 2 to one. Melendes is an awsome, calm, focused fighter, but didn't do anything to really beat the Champ. You can't leave a close one in the judges hands if you are a challenger. I don't think either did enough for it to be called a win. I like Benson, but he kinda deserved to be booed a little for the fight, not the proposal. He appeared complacent or he just simply couldn't do anything with Melendes.
Im curious as to how the judges scored the last round. Henderson fought it as if he believed he was WAY up on points
Win or Lose, Diaz always comes to fight and charges his opponents. Wish more people would fight that way
Yeah I felt like he coasted that last round. He usually fights stronger. I'm gonna have to rewatch cause I'm seeing various opinions and live its hard to take in the entire fight.Quote:

I knew it would be Henderson by a close decision. Usually judges favor the champ in super close fights. Not loving Bendo's style lately though.
