Just wanted to let everyone know, Forum Member and Orlando Hotbox star, Dartangan Jackson got the Bronze at the Disney Grappling tournament today. It was his first tourney and they moved him up a division, and he still rocked it. I'm proud of you bro. Way to represent. Vids soon. Time to work on the new and refine the old : )

No joke. you did awesome. I would say your cardio and flexibility are great. I saw some good take down setups. I would say try drilling those takedowns with either pressing your knee through so you can land in side control or when you hit your setup squeeze his knees together so you can pass the legs. Your half-guard game in general needs some more reps. once you get your lock-down i think it's nothing but gold for you. Also work your half-guard killers. You are going to be a BEAST. I was just in orlando, now i'm mad that i didn't know there was a hotbox there. lol. Good Job again.
