Cooper ends it with a stepover knee bar/toe hold finish from top half.

Another awesome match. Josh Hinger is pretty dang good. He completes an electric chair sweep here against Bill Cooper. Again, this Bill Cooper match has a lot offense.

flying knee slice, but he was hunting for the darce it looked like. didn't concern himself with hunting for the underhook.

I don't worry about the underhook either even on a regular knee slice. Good guys just aren't gonna give it to you, but you still have to capitalize on the space by his hip. I usually look to circle round to opposite side or top sprawl like he did depending on his reaction. This is gonna be my new pet.

Lovato preaches not getting the underhook in nogi and going straight for sprawl like Bobby is talking about. It opens up the back and can get you advantages at the least.

I had no respect for the PNT until a guy at HQ just about put me to sleep with it. Up until that point no one was doing them on me properly. I personally don't go for them either.

Well in all fairness good guys aren't just going to give you anything anyways. Sometimes its all about creating those openings. I have found as long as you control that inside space (get inside that beachball!) you pretty much have all the power even if you dont get a perfect underhook. Then again Im no Lovato
