Thanks for finding the videos! Due to financial reasons, I'm going to wait on joining on the MMA gym (Fight Time Fitness) that has 10PJJ, but I want to get myself to perform a lotus and Butterfly quickly and easily when I do join. What's the update on your flexibility?
I can hit double lotus, but it's still not comfortable. Just need to put more time into it.
Dude. That half lotus one leg out stretch is tough. It really hurts when I do it so I don't a lot. Lol I guess that's the one I should be doing bc I have crazy tight hamstrings. Thanks for the share!

Foam roller and use them on your hips. You will have lotus in a few months.
