After listening to the (awesome) OMR interview with Denny, and he talked about how he could use Yoga to heal his body, I pestered him on Facebook about which books I should read to get started.
He said these two were good to start with:
Meditation as Medicine
and
Kundalini Yoga Sadhana Guidelines
I haven't had the spare quid to order them yet but I plan on it.

I feel that it helps with my flexibility etc. But where I personally gain the most is from just how it clears your mind and you can focus on your breathing. That is the key (for me)
