Triangle Secrets 2

A lot of BJJ practiioners and MMA Fighters get into the triangle position but lose it before finishing the choke. The goal of this series is to provide the details to take your triangle choke to the next level!!! Gi/No Gi/MMA the windshield wipe detail will help you finish more opponents.

I am still trying to figure out what is the secrets?? I've seen both of his vids already and still can't distinguish what is "secret" about what he is showing. Or what is unique about it? Its just the standard way to do a triangle.

Ryan Hall triangle DVD will change your life

That detail about getting your leg to 90 degrees with his spine is crucial. in the beginning a lot of people miss that.

Drew: we have been working on Ryan Hall's triangle. The only thing we changed from what we been doing is hugging the arm instead of trying to reach to hug the leg. Also instead of using the adductor muscles, we focusing on more of the "man muscles" the hamstring to do the choking and not worrying about bringing the trapped arm over across the body. Using this techniques, Cora almost put me to sleep the first day we worked on it....scary!!!

Thanks for all of the comments. I appreciate the feedback. I figured you guys would like the Gi!!! Sorry about that...I don't have time to shoot one for Gi and one for No Gi but you can always substitute the lapel and sleeve grab for the head and over/under hook control (but you guys already know that).

I wouldn't read too much into the gi comments, its just joking. I think everybody (at least secretly:)) has hespect for the gi in 10th planet.
