Then he should look into getting his rehab done over at Sport Science Lab in San Juan Capistrano. Bit of a hike I know, but Gavin and the guys who work over there are unreal in their understanding of how to prep (and rehabilitate) the human body for athletic competition. Hi guys! I finally figured out how to post on this forum. I just wanted to shout out at you guys and say thanks for all of the support. Training is going perfectly; I'll be in the best shape of my life and then some by the time ADCC rolls around. I haven't had a beer in almost 3 months now... those of you who know me understand what a huge sacrifice that is. I'm dreaming of GOLD, though!
