Was just watching MTS Episode 46, the "Rexangle" from mission control. Is this a legit move that anyone does with success on the regular? Have their been any improvements or details added to it? Can you finish it with just the arm?

Excellent. Thank you
It's very legit considering he hit it on an undefeated black belt with several wins by submission in an MMA fight
Looks fun!
What?? its actually a move? Cora hit this in the last competition. We didn't know what is was but she hit it anyways at 1:35 mark, but she use it to set up the triangle.

I wonder if you could set this up off of invisible collar, switch your grips add a little pump..?
Damnit! Is this also called the ghetto triangle?
ghetto triangle is with no arms
i worked this a little bit yesterday, tough part seems to be getting the arm deep enough to grab my own shin, im guessing a little more turning of the upperbody may help with that.
It felt better to use the opposite side I usually do Rubber Guard on
that, tom, i did not try... looks like i have somehting to do today before class starts.
I 1st learned this submission from Robert Drysdale's Nth Dimension BJJ Instructional many years ago.
Though I abandoned it because it was against the laws of the rubber guard I had learned from Eddie Bravo's Mastering the Rubber Guard.
When I say "Laws of the Rubber Guard" I just mean that I would be trying to maintain an overhook with the choking arm.
Cora Rocks :) Nice Teq
