Joe Rogan questions everything: Chem trails

Eddie I know you are a big believer in chem trails, and Joe is not. Do you think he was extremely biased with a predetermined opinion an no matter what evidence was presented he would ultimately dismiss? When the weatherologist was presented his case Joe went completely off topic and started talking about what was on the weatherologists desktop a picture of the planet nibiru. He used this to try and discredit the weatherologists theory on chemtrails by saying how goofy it was he had nibiru on his desktop.

I don't believe in chemtrails or nibiru... With that being said this episode really pissed me off on how biased Joe Rogan was. He could have at least gone in with an open mind.

I think with Joe he just has no issue calling bullshit when he thinks something isnt real. In the Bigfoot episode during the audio proof, he instantly called bullshit on it.

Once I heard this show was gonna be on the SyFy channel, I had a strong feeling of possible biases. A high amount of their audience is highly educated skeptical people that love science fiction (kinda like the people on the show Big Bang Theory but less eccentric, just kiddin :) ). If you want those people to keep watching the channel through the advertisements then they have to be comfortable with what they are watching. Chances are if someone is really skeptical of things in general than an hour long tv show isnt going to convince them a conspiracy is going on with something, so might as well give em what they want to hear so they are in a positive agreeing state of mind that wont change the channel. Nothing wrong with skepticism until you jump to a skeptical conclusion for an answer rather than just knowing that you dont know and cant prove either way at the moment

Just wanted to say that you are 100% right. Its is not a legit tactic to claim that simply because a person holds a belief or set of beliefs that is ridiculous; all their opinions are invalid. This is actually an informal logical fallacy and a no-no in debate. A real pro disinfo agent like myself knows these things.

should have read the whole thread before i posted. This is the logical fallacy i was referring to.

Number one thing that bothered me about the show was, joe didn't go into the "what in the world . ." beliefs re:the goal of the spraying or spend enough time with kristin in general.

It also would have been very easy to make a cartoon showing a few things like why contrail seem to be turning on and off sometimes.

Pathetic and weak. Test your hair? WTF!? He complains about not be allowed to answer the questions and then in his own video, he fails to provide those same answers he claims were purposely edited to mute his point.

Claims they used voice editing to make it seem that he said the phrase "zombie storms"

BTW this guy is not a meteorologist, he was a tv weather guy.

Dude is surprisingly functional for some one that's bat shit crazy.

I got about half through the de-bunking video and when I went back later to watch it again it says it is a no-go due to copy right violation.

Sucks.

Well, what I noticed is that Joe was willing to allow both sides to give an argument. He brought in professionals (or people who said they were) to give their opinions. He also called out BS when he saw it. I will say that Rogan does make some faces when something sounds over-the-top, but that could be his personality.

One thing I want to see is the e-mails. The guy says they emailed him and said this and that. So...let's see them? I like proof and lots of it. So the more you have in the way of prof, then show me. I also don't care if they are showing your pictures or not. They asked permission to use them and you gave it. I found that part annoying.

Hope there is another copy of the de-bunk up again soon. I'd like to see the whole thing.
