Lol the twister goes full circle. Wrestling programs are all gonna include 10P set ups now!
nice kid
That guy is a terror. Really happy for him.
Nice! This is just too sick!
Them sitouts tho
Very nice
best way to use a twister roll in wrestling is to get him broken down to a hip, either with knee/ankle breakdown or augie ride. nice stuff though! i wrestled my whole life and never once used a twister/guillotine until i read mastering the twister during my first year of coaching a college team.
Haha!!! That was too sweet! :)
thanks everyone
Man did he went for it!
dominant, like the guy he was wrestling had never seen someone sitout before.
Bad ass.
Dang son.
That's awesome
Side ride is pretty much twister side control and the further nelson sub is more or less a twister
The "further nelson" or "sugar hold" is a neck crank (can be made a shoulder lock) but not a cervical twist like the wrestlers guillotine? Rear side ride is the truck?
A further nelson is just a shoulder hold. A further nelson sub twists the body. Start from a side ride(over bottom man in high def position, grapevine near leg) with a further nelson. Break the bottom man down, keep the grapevine, your chest to the mat, his shoulders to the mat. Further nelson sub/pin
The neck isnt really bothered by nelson holds, forced down on entry and held by the hand, but no crank
That was NICE :)
I can imagine that, i only wrestled one year in elementary but i was thinking of it without the grapevine, maybe i can find a video.
here we go,

More like this, but the nelson would be on the far side, and you keep the leg hooked.
