that's nice and fancy, just my taste. But it looks like it would be hard to pull off.
looks kinda low percentage for my 220LB ass to be pulling off! might work great for lighter, faster guys though!
Drilled it and tried it tonight in class and it was pretty difficult, the guy can just pull their arm out as it's pretty obvious what you're going for. I'll stick to my simpler Z-Guard sweeps that work for now, but with a bit more practice it seems as if it'll work :)
Just gotta keep hold of that wrist when shooting for the omoplata or the guy just pulls the hand out
ya i think it would be hard to control there posture and go for a kimura from the z guard, then there set up for leg locks when they pull there hand out.
