I like the way that sounds but in all honestly, I didn't shut his game down. He kept imposing his will on me. All I could do was defend and escape. The one time I tried to run away to stand and square up was met with me laid out. This was a bit ago so I've had time to alter my game significantly from this.

I feel ya man. Mobile will take over computers. Computers will be needed in the office, but for the most part, we goes days without them with the advent of mobile smart phones and tablet devices.

That being said, I'm contemplating overlaying a non-copyright claimed song over the video so that mobile access will be permitted. How dumb is that, that the background music of a video could determine the availability of the content on a device.

Any day you go for 10 mins with Shinya and don't get tapped a dozen times - is a good day. Btw, awesome mount escapes! Seen Shinya use those grapevine-like mount in PRIDE and ONE FC numerous times, and he usually DESTROYS with it.

Thank you!! The one thing I was happy he didn't do was strike. Add in strikes and I could see how any person will fall prey to his wrath! I was telling my buddy that I felt like I got hit by a truck after that roll.

great escapes mate. rolling with one of the greats and doing amazing imo. id have liked to see him do rubber guard though, i hear youre pretty good at shutting it down :D

Isaac, hi! Thanks for the reply. I think his game plan for the week was to keep top position. Watching metamoris w him and Kron, I see he did try to do the same.

I have watched this several times and the whole roll seems really strange it seems like he was content to just hold you there not making effort to advance or attack. Even when in side control and mount when you were settled down. Anyway he is a beast congrats on getting to roll with him.

I learned to defend and escape way before I learned to attack. Problem was I could not attack cause he literally shut me down. Combination of being stronger than me and just outright, out-teching me.

Thank you. I was hoping to see what his RG was like, but Eddie had just introduced me to him as the guy that likes to get put into RG. So he stuck to his guns and owned top position.

Hi Mario. I would have tried but pressure for sure. Lots of it. I tried to get an angle but he stayed square. Dude was deceptively strong. That's Aoki though. I was probably a buck fifty to his 170 I'm guessing, but felt more like 200 with the leverage.
