Josh is a total BA! He got his Black Belch from Andre yesterday at Tim Sledds academy Small Axe Jiu Jitsu! I missed this promotion because I was in Richmond training with Eddie, otherwise I definitely would have been there. I knew Josh was getting promoted and wanted to share that emotional day with my friends. I watched Josh attack Andre with an oma, for a good 5 min straight, with Andre defending like hell! But Andre is a true soldier and never gives up! Honored to have them as friends!

Josh is an AMAZING BJJ practitioner! I have had the pleasure of watching him compete several times. In one competition he steamrolled one of my training partners tapping him with a 1 arm guillotine in less than 20 seconds. My training partner normally steamrolls everyone in competitions and it was amazing and humbling to see him get ran over like that! Josh is a great dude!
Total badass. Love his style.
That dude has been at Brown Belt forever. I thought he would have gotten the Black Belt a few years ago.

He is an animal. I had the pleasure of competing against him at the Sub only in Indy. He has a nasty north south choke. He is a cool dude.
