Please for the love of god post a video. My flexibility is horribly off uneven. I can easily get the half lotus with my left leg but my right leg can barely even get my foot to my hip. Then my knee is all jacked.
I'd like to see a video as well. Were you stretching every day?
I stretched my ass off for 2 years and could do a lotus easy using my hands, but no matter what I tried, I was no where near doing a no-hand lotus. I'll hit no hand lotus when I get the Advanced Rubber Guard book - Never. Love to know your tips though.
The no hand requires flexibility as well as the dexterity to get the feet there. The butterfly stretch done properly will get you the flexibility, the dexterity needed is similar to laying on your lower back and circling your feet, "eggbeater" style.
Basically yes for about the past 2 months. Even during thanksgiving I would be holding conversations stretching. Hell I'm stretching while writing this.. I mean why not??
