2. Get to 10th Planet Melbourne at least once a month - minimum 12 times in the year
3. Drill the Warm Up series regularly. Ideally I would like to master them but can a white belt ever "master" anything?

3) Receive my purple belt in BJJ
4) Complete at least one grappling session per day, for 6 days a week be it BJJ, No Gi or Wrestling

MMA -
1) Have two minimum professional mma fights
2) Fight a top 10 European fighter
Strength/Performance Goals -
1) Triple fight weight dead lift (57/60/61 in various events) so an 180kg dead lift currently 165kg
2) Perform yoga on every day I don't do any S+C
