Have you emailed them?
I ordered a custom Clare hot Box one through them a while back - Took em' about 2-3 weeks.
I'd definitely email them like Fraser said, they always seemed to be fairly quick on getting back to me.
I did Thursday and no reply Friday so they will probably get back to me tomorrow. I was just curious how long the prices took thank you Brett!

The person who was working our account lost my email and have been trying to get ahold of me for like a week to ask about the stitch color lol so they should be shipped tomorrow
