Hey Its Mike Romano's brother, Jesse Bell. I got some interesting news...
As Jonathan Brookins makes his way back to the UFC I will be doing whatever I can to help him raise his level of jiu jitsu.
He thoroughly enjoyed the lesson and he says he is re-inspired by the 10th Planet System. I will keep you all updated on his progress. 10P4L.

My bad, I was able to log in as me now. Ya, so I will be drilling the warm up series with him as well as teaching him some of the finer details of the system. Hopefully we see him use some of it moving forward in the octagon. If you have any questions, let me know.

I don't think i have ever seen someone so flexible in my life, besides a cirque de soleil chick i used to hook up with. He is a devout yogi, i train with him three times a week in yoga and 10thPJJ. Today he learned dip sets for electric chairs. His lotus is beyond. I saw him reverse heel hook if leg on backwards. I imagine leg locking him is difficult. I'll keep you updated, but so far he is loving it. Today he said he had many revelations from 10th P JJ that connected with his trainings from John Danaher. Having trained with him I can see what he means by Danaher being more open minded in No Gi and MMA BJJ. Stay Tuned.Quote:
