Re watched this match after hearing Eddie and Jean Jacques talk about the match. Watch closely and you see swim moves, over hook sweeps, omo plata, spider web and he hits a slick stick shift off the jean Jacques sweep. Jean Jacques is gangster!
He is simply on another frequency, so clean never flustered. Never in a bad position and just attacking like a savage

I brought him out to Decatur a few years ago. I was a blue belt. He taught for 2 days and after each he session he lined up every body in the room and tapped us all effortlessly. I was awe stricken. Such beautiful efficient movement.

It's crazy that we get such a bad wrap sometimes in the JJ community, when, to us at least, it's obvious how much of our system comes from Jean Jacques. What a beast.

Master! I wished he would have went in and took a couple shots on a takedown instead of just taking guard on the bottom right away. But heck when you got transitions like that I guess who can complain. It is a great chess match too from standing to see who can wrestle the person off their feet and pass.
