Metamoris 3???

Whats up guys,

Can't wait for Metamoris, Eddie vs. Royler is gonna be epic. Does anyone know if the Twister is going to be legal in Metamoris? It would be sick to see a twister!

Lets hope, Its illegal in most IBJJF tournaments, and I think it may even be illegal in Abu Dhabi at the black belt levels.. Its so unfortunate

Yes Sir! Heel Hooks and Spine Locks (AKA the twister) are Illegal on all levels, in IBJJF and some others too. There are few competitions that would allow the twister, even big competitions like Worlds, Pan Ams, ADCC, etc. even at the highest levels.

Most definitely! I'll be watching M3 in a room of Gracie guys, and I will literally jump up and down, and bawl like a school girl with a skinned knee, if you catch him with a twister. I will absolutely lose my shit!
