How successful have people been with the electric series in competition and rolling? It seems like it brings you to such a dominant position with the electric armbar, heel hook, and kneebar all right there. Would love to see it get pulled off in mma.
Electric chair is my go to, and I hit it almost every roll. The stoner control variation is my fav, and it lets me conserve energy while forcing them to squirm.

Toe Hold after the Electric Chair sweep is a staple in my personal game. The Electric Chair is the best and most high percentage sweep I have come across in all of grappling so far.
Toe hold is a sub I'm actually good at finishing.. How do you do that? Just keep the lockdown and dive for the toehold after the sweep? Is there any tricks to it?Quote:
