i have a friend that as been taking NO2 suppresses your lactic acid so your muscles dont fatigue as fast.

Monster Amino by Cytosport mixed in Gatorade when I can remember. If i forget then just water or Gatorade.

at least 4 0z of alcohol. Preferably liqueur so you dont feel bloated. Since it is 20% pure, you'll need 3 to4 drinks. Bong hitz will decrease the bodies demand for sobriety supplementation so take account. This is for when training newbz and non-competition training. For serious practice water and high grade setiva, with the random loritab 7.5. You no that shit hurts if your doin it right. Alcohol should not be used in serious training. imo- but used nun-the-less.

I take 5 hour energy on an empty stomach. Before tournaments i take jaked by usp labs....if you take it too often it doesn't work...but if you take it just once in a while...look out....

couldn't agree more....im so focused on that stuff and feel like i could roll forever...plus it comes in a tiny little container that fits in my purse :)
If you like Jacked....you'll love Lean Revolution. Your body doesn't get used to it as quickly as Jacked and it has more pure ingredients.

coconut water
^This. Coconut water is the best. I was amazed at how much better I felt after I started using coconut water before training.
I cant fit a coconut in my purse.
Chocolate Milk
I'm using Jack3d right now and it is nasty. tatses like crushed tylenols, its alright with gatoraid, but makes you feel like you drank a pot of coffee so go easy at first if try it. I'm going back to Muscle Pharm which tastes good and doesnt make you feel jittery. The only reason I tried Jack3d is because the store was out of MP and the lady said it tastes good :(. Now I need to find a new store.
Weed helps my game out a TON. But as for supplements, I've never really gotten into them so i dont know which works the best.
