Haha that GIF has gone viral!!

I had already popped his knee with the heel hook, he wouldn't tap and we got stuck in 50-50 so with 30 seconds left we just bashed each other in the face, it was pretty funny.

Dude! It's awesome that you post here! A UFC fighter that twists his opponents and rubberizes them as well is definitely gonna be watched closely by the 10p army from this point on. Any time ur in LA and want a 10p tune up email me eddie@10thplanetjj.com :-)

Thanks alot man thats so cool! Hopefully get over in the next couple of months, ive always just learnt 10pjj from books and this site never had proper instruction. Im a black belt under Chris Haueter so its a similar lineage to you with the Machado's.

I need to post a video of my standing twister, i hit it all the time in MMA sparring just waiting to land it in a live fight they guys at the gym get so pissed off when I do it haha!
