What 10th planet moves do I add to my game?
All of them!
lockdown game. old school. electric chair. stomp. basic path rg, mission control through omoplata. crocs. pumps. carnis. the truck game. different entries to the truck, taking the back off truck, calf crank, twister, bouncer subs from truck. i would start off with a couple things that compliment each other and really rep them to actually understand the tech before moving on though, as well as trouble shoot your problems on this forum.
I think the lockdown half guard is very valuable. Also try prison guard. It's an improved version of the traditional underhook guard game (old-school back takes and inverted armlocks). Piston guard is wonderful..
*Prison. Lol
First move, become pro member of 10th planetjj
I'm a Gracie Jiu jitsu online student but I have a martial arts background that starts 1996 But besides the Gracie's 10th planet is only place I ever felt home yes I'm not a normal full time student of 10th planet st Paul but I feel that the only other place I feel ok training with

I only get the train on Friday because of my work schedule every other Saturday
Troll?
Bouncer is only one sub but it's a shoulder lock basically pushing their arm behind their back. Ibjj legal option from the truck.
The "bouncer" is an ari bolden special. It's not on MTS, it's not in the RG books....
ooooooohhh...
Does too. Might not be officially adopted, but comes into play when twisters are illegal. Then just became another option.
We modified it. From baseball bat control pin their wrist to the back of their hip. Good players will defend so you just leave them the option to roll away from you. When they do this grab there forearm with double monkey grip and upright row it. Very powerful lever.
It's somewhere. May have been one of the old videos Eddie took down prior to the start of MTS. It's legit, and I don't think Ari had anything to do with it, other than maybe putting a video of himself teaching it up.
Denny told me that the move was not in the system and it was an ari bolden special. I have myself only see. It shown by ari. I'm pretty sure the move is frowned upon by the twister masters....

Skip to 1:49. Eddie lists it as part of it. But that was years ago. Not sure if he's changed his mind on it. But he definitely mentions it.
Wow! Awesome! I sure am hoping I'm wrong... I actually used the move some back in the day before I was officially 10p. I'm all about giving it a second chance! :)
"The douchebag calf crank". Lol.
The Bouncer is legit. Trust.
I am curious why people don't like it, though. If there are good guys out there who frown on it, I'd like to hear why so I can avoid potential pitfalls.
Did you see where eddie put his arm? That guys not gonna wanna keep it there. Usually by rolling away and twisting his arm out. Let him get to his knees and control plus switch your grips.
Some people are really good at stopping the last step. Sometimes time is gonna run out and sometimes twisters are illegal. For whatever reason, I've found ways to make it work.
I would also like to hear the cons.

All 4 of them (they're worth it). Jump around and get a feel for what works, and then keep building. And keep it playful don't ever get too cocky after a class, and don't ever get too down either!Quote:

lockdown and spread.
I started with Mastering the Rubber Guard and focused on the half guard game, following the path from lock-down onward.
Mastering the Twister DVD has awesome production value, and is one of the better instructional videos out there.
I started 10 planet st paul today
