As a fan of both MMA/BJJ a lot of times we see fights that don't quite live upto the hype... but I must say seeing Eddie and Royler go at it for 20 Minutes EXCEEDED all expectations.
Eddie's Dominating Performance mixed with Royler's Heart made for a brilliant encounter!
The only question I have is... What did Royler say to Eddie after the match?
Eddie and Bravo go at it? He fighting himself? Lol. I'm kidding. I'm so excited about the dominant performance. He crushed royler!

Royler had an unfair advantage in being able to grab the pants, this isn't half gi/half no gi and Eddie still dominated. I was a little disappointed in Royler trying to make Eddie lose position when they were moved back into the middle of the mat and using "the rape choke" when Eddie passed his guard was a bit of poor etiquette if you ask me.
Maybe I'm wrong but I thought that was almost like a gentlemans agreement not to do that in grappling.
Either way, amazing match, GOAT, so happy for Eddie and 10P. 11 years, and finally we have validation.

Regardless I agree Eddie has made history twice over, anyone that doubts Eddie is just cutting themselves short.

Oh, what an amazing match! Stayed up until 5:30 AM to watch it live. Amazing! What a performance, Eddie, it exceeded all expectations. The best grappling match I have seen.

CONGRATULATIONS TO EDDIE!! I'm a Gracie Academy student, but always have been very interested in Eddie's style, have a lot of respect, that was a great match and dominance. I was sure Eddie was gonna win and he did. Greatest jiu-jitsu match ever!
