So working my ass off to get things started here in Norway now, alot of details yet to be sorted but this IS happening! I just finished a pre layout for the Bergen moon logo. I may tweak it some more in the days to come but it's pretty close to what i had in mind! :) Hope you like it!! ;)

Very good stuff. I agree the neon highlights would make it pop. I do like the shadowy persona you got going on, and the neon accents would take away from that vibe potentially.. I love the idea no matter how it turns out.
