Master the Lockdown 1/2 techniques that I pulled off at metamoris including the VITAL/CRUCIAL "whip down" which I executed twice & "the electric stone" sweep that got me in position to hit the "vapor roll" and of course I break down "the vaporizer", the grand daddy of it all that closed the show. The whip up is what you do as soon as you won the underhook battle with the whip down, it's what gets you into the electric underhooks, I didn't mention it, I guess I assumed everybody would know, I fucked up. Whipping up is the uppercut you hit your opponent in his arm pit with your forearm
