Workshops in Decatur this weekend!

Hey folks!

If you're in the southeast and want to boost your game, stop by the Decatur moon on Saturday or Sunday. Heck, stay for the weekend!

Baffled by the Berimbolo? No worries. Sean Applegate, Gulf Shores moon head, is stopping by on Saturday to do an intensive on that grabby, granby, sweepy thingie that has so many people ready to punch stuff whenever we do Warm up H. Starts at noon and costs $20. He's hitting this live, y'all, so if you have questions, he's someone to ask.

Looking to level up your lockdown? BMac's gotcha covered. Stop in on Sunday at 1:00 pm. He's covering the lockdown pathway: dip set, whip down, electric chair sub, electric chair sweep - all of the awesome that Eddie used effectively in his match against Royler. Cost is $20.

The more the merrier, so pack your boots, your bags, your bon bons and ease on down the road to Decatur, AL See you this weekend!

start at 12, probably run about 3 hours, over at 3 pm :)

All good Sean, I'm pretty proficient in those areas but would still have liked to make it up and chilled/rolled with everyone.

Sean just killed it at his berimbolo seminar. If anyone wants to learn how to do the no gi berimbolo to the back, to the truck, to the leg drag, or whatever, hit him up for a seminar.

Sean killed it today. I learned a ton.

Outstanding class! My berimbolo game needs a lot of work but now I know how to drill correctly... Just need to put in the time. Wish I could be there tomorrow for the lockdown workshop!

Speaking of berimbolos, I was rolling with Tyler Woolsey today after Einstein's seminar, and I tried to berimbolo him. Then, half way through my attempt, I realized that I didn't know how to berimbolo. So I basically pulled bottom side control from 50-50
