Should I put A 10th Planet Patch On My New GI

Just want to know if you guys think i should put a 10th planet patch on my Gi.....or is that uncool or disrespectful to Master Eddie

No, I don't think its disrespectful. I would be more concerned with your main instructors at Jiu Jitsu Nation if its disrespectful to them!

Do you want to Rep for tpjj, if so, sure. But the respect question is more how your current instructor feels about tpjj and is he cool with it. And most important, Rep strong and always be respectful in victory and loss. Remember that there are a lot of us who love tpjj and you will be an ambassador for all of us.

One of my instructors hates 10th planet, but we have talked alot about me beleaving in the system. He also can not argue the fact it works for me. He agreed to be open minded if I agreed to work just as hard on tradtional bjj techs as well. Not that big of a deal because a solid bjj base will only make my 10th planet stuff stronger.

He does complain a little when in no gi I have 10th planet head to toe.lol. I told him get me a school patch and I will add it to my shorts. Havn't seen one yet so it still ALL 10th planet.lol.

Your gi you cant put whatever you want on it. Your coach shouldnt care. Would he care if you wore in a nike shirt or a gracie baja shirt. Not a big deal.

I'm just wondering....10th planet being a no gi system..would it seem relevant to put the patch on a gi top?
