Im sure he could have snapped his arm if he wanted, but I doubt he would want the pain in the ass lawsuit that would have ensued because of it. You know people are lawsuit happy. Even if he would have won the suit, what a waste of time for that idiot cheeseburger guy. The pain of this video being in internet land for eternity is probably worse than any broken arm for him tho.

That ain't McDOnalds that's a Whataburger in Texas. That shit happens all the time they are open 24/7 so they are used to it. One time I was blasted drunk and went into one in Scooby Doo boxers and work boots holding a Budweiser and still got served. True story.
