That's a good question, Jason.

Eddie is usually really good about making sure everyone in the room is comfortable with what is going on. He may say something like, "Just get this first part down."

I think he typically teaches towards the highest ranks in the room, and I like that.

Obviously, the more familiar you are with the specific movements and names of the 10th Planet System, the more you will glean from Eddie.

But I wouldn't shy away from it if you are unfamiliar. You will for sure pick up something amazing.

you all know I'm all about 'dem sweaty man hugs. We have some of our fighters in a local show and Vince is kicking off the UFC PPV card that night, so I havn't been able to get anyone else from my gym to commit.

I got half A day off work on Friday, so I should be able to make it for the open mat

I took a full day off. I'm already checked out man lol...All I can think about is this trip

I wish I could get a full day off. There's too much shit to do though. I was lucky to get half A day

Friday: 11 hours of driving, one or two privates, and an open mat. Sounds like a friggin awesome night to me.

I am also available for privates Friday. I will be getting into town pretty early. I know a few of you were asking about privates on the berimbolo game. I'm open and want to work with as many of you as possible. I'll also be offering them at a discount ;)

Remember: seminar starts at 10am on Saturday. Open Mat starts at 7pm Friday night. Bring your big boy panties and a towel to dry off with. It gets thick in there.
