10th Planet Ann Arbor at NAGA

The new gym has been open for less than a week and yet we still had 2 competitors & both brought home some hardware!

Congratulations to George Simos & Yonko Tsenkov! George won 2nd in no gi intermediate and 3rd in blue belt gi, and battled some very tough competitors. Yonko showed some serious lockdown game as he swept his opponents with old school, electric chair, and dog fight en route to a gold medal in his no gi division! I'm very proud to be coaching these guys :)

Thanks for the nice words Adlai. Next time you doing it with us and I will train for it and work out the cardio. One week of training was barely enough and I had to stall too much.
