Tore my pec from my right arm on Saturday and will be having surgery to reattach it to the bone on Friday. Woofukinhoo lol:cool:

Heal Up soon Brandon. What are the chances they can just start building your body out of metal. You may have to compete at Super Ultra Heavyweight, but if they just change out your bone and tissue for metal and oil, you're bound to never get fucked up. :) feel better soon brother!!!

Kind of a freak accident. Guy had deep hook for arm bar I had my hands gable gripped gonna come up to my knees when he went and out of nowhere my shit popped like a fukin grenade. As far as preventing it again bet your ass I won't be in that posish again lol

Just FYI, my friend Dan had his Bicep tear off near the elbow. When he flexed his arm it balled up near his shoulder.
They reattached it, and it took some time, but he is as strong as ever now. (He benchpresses 405lbs as an example)

Yeah, you are going to have some more down time unfortunately, but you will be back stronger than ever too man.
