2 hours and 50 minutes? Do I have to watch it? Or can I just say that opponents of liberty should be fought tooth and nail?
Dean Clifford explains what your 'legal person' is.

:( Dude, that's over four hours of stuff to watch and I think I know what's happened to America. Lazy morons wanted someone else to give them stuff, or assurances or security or whatever. They were willing to give up their liberty to get it.
They did.
They gave up mine too. :(
Thanks jerks.

I think I came into contact with the government four times in the time it took me to type this message.
1) This message went through tubes that the government regulates.
2) I'm working and paying taxes right now.
3) I wouldn't be surprised if the NSA was caching this in some stupid database monitoring activists or some crap.
4) I'm drinking a soda that is regulated by the government. It's sale was taxed.
:( :(
I'm so grateful to the state that I can browse the internet and drink soda. :(
Sorry dude, I'm not trying to shut the conversation down, far from it. I just think it's really simple.
Some bad people are actively trying to stamp out the last light of liberty in this country. We don't know that it's purposeful, but in a world like this, it wouldn't surprise me.
Some *stupid* people are so used to the government fixing problems by telling you what to do that they sell their fellows out because the government is the only body that can solve their pet problem.
Some really bad people are making a lot of money, gaining a lot of power and fame from a corrupt system.
And most folks are too busy watching American Idol to care. They are too happy to take stuff from their fellow citizens because it's easier and because hating other people feels so gosh darn good.
It's just like Plato said: democracy becomes tyranny when a demagogue exploits the stupidity and laziness of corrupt and decadent people.
Jason made this thread for people not as informed or awake as you Josh, like 99.6% of the population lol :-)
i just hope we are not getting this bullshit in Colombia.
can i not consent to the ESA and still have electricity?
Here's a good audio book that helps break down how the legal system works by consent.

You can't win with this in court. The govt/courts are shutting this down quickly. Even if you're right, they shut you down. And then you got the judge pissed at you, when maybe you need him to side with you. Use caution with this stuff. It's about maneuvering through life as best as you can, strategically.
Just finished the movie (COTG). thank you very much for posting. I had some understanding of the corruption of the system but this thread took it to another level. Thanks agian Jason
How do you/is it possible, to remove yourself from being governed as part of the PUBLIC and become private. Would this be similar to The Lawful Hawaiian Government that has formed? Which I believe has been recognized by some governing body of the U.S.A.? (This government may also be known as the Kingdom of Atui and has its own identification cards for its citizens)
Starting on the legal person material now.
It comes down to consent and jurisdiction as far as I understand things. In America the rule of law is suppose to come by the consent of the governed. The Thirteenth Amendment to the Constitution outlawed slavery while the 14th made involuntary servitude illegal... it never said anything about voluntary servitude. If you withdraw your consent then the statutes in the public don't apply to you... only Natural Law does. You can do anything you want as long as you do no harm to another person, commit fraud or damage anothers property. Going 70 in a 55 mile/hr is not breaking the law... only statutes that apply to government agents only.
The all capital letter legal person is governed by statutes and if a police officer, judge or other government public servant can create joinder between you and your legal person then they take you out of Inherent Jurisdiction where you have natural rights and put you in Admiralty Jurisdiction where you have no rights and you assumed the liability of the legal person.
I'm still learning and beginning to apply these concepts in my life and would not suggest anyone try this stuff until you understand what's going on. I have a friend in LA that had a case that was never brought to court because he told the arresting officers that he did not consent. He never had to go to court, pay a fine or ticket.
