It's called meathook before your guard gets passed.
But yeah, I don't believe there is a name for it.

Obviously it's a dangerous position to be in but there are so many paths from it. Meathook, Carni, Gunshow, Hindu, tripod or any mix thereof.

If you can't hit an immediate zombie you might have to retreat to the lockdown unless your meathook is super tight.

Nope after a little search camden is by far the worst.
I like attacking from there but you have to rush to jersey or a meathook but I've been playing around with gunshow and a little bit of hindu from there. They both seem to either stop the pass or bait them for further attacks.
I love 'camden'. I go to camden over full guard all the time. It lets me hip all the way out and that's also where I like to play hindu most.
Be careful with gunshow there. That's where I hurt my knee when a guy exploded through. I just use gunshow in full guard now. Ralf likes to use "Germanator" there, but that is with the arm zombie'd. He also says keeping a strong boot on and your knee angle at 90 are both key points for keeping the knee strong in this position.
It's weird i feel more pressure on my knee in hindu than in gunshow from this position.
