We have a stereo fitted at our gym and there is normally some sort of club music playing I have started adding in something more relaxed to roll to
so was just wondering what sort of music my 10p brothers listen to and any suggestions?

We occasionally turn on some reggae jams, fits together real nice with rolling.
We play music constantly, agreed reggae is great to roll to, dub step and the like is great to strike to. My favourite track to roll has to be this though:

I like Deep House. Reggae's also good though. Nothing too hard.
I like surf guitar instrumentals to workout with. The Ventures while rolling. And Dick Dale for kickboxing pad work.
Kendrick Lamar, Yo Gotti, dubstep..
depends but usually some sort of rock or metal
Lots of Dream Theater @ Melbourne.
We listened to Dream Theatre twice this week.
Muse is, however, my favorite band to roll to by far.
Foo fighters, been on a HUGE BEASTIE BOYS kick lol blackmill nas illamatic, Cyprus hill.
Love muse besides the foo fighters muse is my shit
Andrew, I think we may be on the same musical frequency.
Did we just become best friends?
Wanna go in the garage and do some karate?
Yes and yes!!
I love all sorts of music, anything from metal to reggae to rap. I prefer to roll to some reggae or some slow rap like Atmosphere. My clubs speakers are usually hooked up to my phone because I have a playlist that suits everyone, combination of songs to keep everyone happy! Nick Gregoriades said something in the spirit of jiu jitsu video that just stuck with me about how he wanted to achieve that perfect slow roll that fits the music, I think music has really helped my jiu jitsu in that sense!
My instructor is a big reggae nut so we have a lot of that and drum and bass also. Whatever is in the charts we seem to get too (which sucks). I personally prefer rolling to rap, Kendrick, ASAP, Mac Miller and the like. Maybe if I someday start running classes I'll get to choose :)
I personally hate having music on in the background when I'm learning technique though to be honest. Only for sparring.

This is one of my favorite songs to get into a rolling mood.
This one's a little more upbeat.

Wu Tang
Old Eminem
Most Eastcoast Hiphop guys can pass.
80's hairband rock
but I generally hate slow music period man, the slowest I could go is the baby making music from the 90's, and I'll never roll with that in the background. A lot of guys like the transcendental, "positive," burning man music to roll. It's hard for me to get into it like that.
The Romones
Death Grips (R.I.P.)
I'm big on Audioslave, Rage against the machine, Eminem, Eddies tracks too.
For whatever reason Metallica's 'Whiskey in the Jar-O' has become my kick starter for rolling.
Even though I used to hate that song with a passion.
But seeing all your posts I'm thinking I might give reggae a shot, see if it makes for a more flowing environment.
I know I'm never letting my students run the music again though, Electronica for the whole time rolling.
Y'know he choked for that.
Gotta go with the early 90s hip hop beats! 2pac Picture Me Rollin!
Pet Shop Boys
Donnie & Marie
Lionel Richie

Really like rolling to Kings Of Leon, too.
we roll almost exclusively to "Electronic For Studying" on Pandora.
Shit as much weed as you guys like to smoke around this place you might think you all listen to Robin Trower " too rolling stoned"
