Forum Use only- Rolling Imanari

This is a quick video I made for/with Jordan from Ann Arbor after a private lesson. We went over the rolling imanari(and a bunch of Herzogs leg lock stuff) and I made this video so he could remember. Its very quick with little explanation but it might help so figured Id post. Imanari has many variations of this... Ill post the most common one after my short vid.

(edit* notice my left leg coming through like an X guard hook.. thats the detail that takes their base out if theyre like tree stumps and cant be moved... makes it like a scissor takedown.)

His way works wonderfully but I was either getting stuck underneath guys(he of course has a whole series on what to do from there) or they were back stepping away. I believe the foot to hip was what made mine more effective(yes toe hold is a potential sub, but Ill let someone grab a toe hold if I have a heel hook.. all day especially when their balance is thrown off in the process)

Here it is in action.. I didnt get the sub because my leg was not high enough in the hip. But I did get the takedown against a formerly ranked(top 10?)college wrestler Ben Swan.. also a student lol(who went on to win 4 divisions that day as well as an absolute division)

Good Stuff I love watching people hit this move! Super fluid when you hit it in comp. I think I've seen Mike Nunja (SanFran) and Applegate use this as well.

I crush with the reverse takedown to 4/11. Its huge!
