Do yourself a giant favor and spend as much time on the mat with Mike as possible. Not only is he a great teacher and practitioner, but he is an incredible human being. It'd be tough to find a more productive way to spend $50.

I can vouch for this one. Mike is a super knowledgable, highly detailed instructor who can break down techniques in a way that all ages and skill levels can understand. Plus, he's a decorated competitor and all around great guy. If you don't go, you must just not like 10th planet jiu jitsu. ;)
Mike Dewitt is like the nicest dragon you ever met. Great company, great conversationalist... but he's still a dragon and will literally eat your burnt corpse off the mat.
