Been busy training my ass off, haven't posted in awhile.

Training at 10th Planet Walnut Creek with Alex Canders more and more consistently, loving every minute of it. Haven't posted for awhile so I am touching base. Rumors of my demise have been greatly exaggerated. No longer a professional lurker, I have been training and have lost over 25 lbs and continue to keep moving forward. I got to thank 10th Planet for giving me my health and love for martial arts back. Hope to have a big year ahead of me. :) Happy New Year everyone!

Jarell is the rubix cube of 10th Planet Walnut Creek I haven't figured out yet, his game is awesome. I see him on the weekends and he does the night classes. :)

I am at most morning class at 12:30 pm on Tuesday, Thursday and sometimes Saturdays. It would be awesome if you came through, we'll show you around and make sure you get taken care of.

John, thanks for always being supportive man and helping me keep my head in the game. I hope in the near future to hang and you can show me some stuff. The wait was worth and I couldn't see myself training anywhere else. Trying to keep this momentum going and I am committed to competing some time this summer.
