The correct answer is all of them.
The first one I started on was rubber guard. It has the lockdown in it as well. VERY Good for starting your bottom game. :-)

Hey, what area of Canada are you in? I just moved to Mississauga from oceanside US where I was training with geo, and I'm looking for a dedicated training partner up here to keep training with.

MTS Technique Guide (one of the post labeled sticky) will give you a Break Down of techniques found on the dvd's and in the books. Mastering the Twister is majority top game and transitions through the dead zones. Hope that helps.
