Its been a little over 5 months since I've competed because I tore my UCL really bad in my right arm training for the second ADCC trials in Miami. Got back to full training about 2 months ago and It felt really good to step back out there and put it on the line my with team mates and coaches. I cant express to you guys how lucky I am to have Brandon as my teacher but more importantly as my friend. You will be seeing a lot more of me in the future and don't sleep on the south....
