So the same thing is happening with one of my training partners....
From RG he will get his foot on the ground and his knee up which blocks my attacks and then will usually sit back and attack my legs.....
Firstly i suppose i need to keep him clinched better so there is no room to get knee up?!
But what if he HAS managed to do so, any options??

So are you in mission control, or just closed guard?
If just closed guard, and he is postured up enough to get his knee up and attack your legs, I would just open up your guard and get into SLX or RDLR or play the leg lock game. Or go waiter sweep, maybe?

If we're talking prevention, get to mission control. If we're talking cure, mini-stomp to get his knee back on the ground. If we're talking regeneration, invest in spiral/delariva game.
Ok. Are you pinching/hugging your knee on the zombied arm? Ben Eddy has a good video about that on his Youtube channel. Are you leg curling your non-RG leg to keep their posture broken? Or if their knee comes up to kind of stack you, you can go put your free leg on the hip to push them back, or go muddy waters and work them into a dead orchard.Quote:
