I've had a Jack Lalane Power Juicer for years but I just switched to the Health Master Emulsifier and it's way better, the juice is a bit more thick and has more pulp but it maintains more fiber and nutrients. I love using blueberries!!

I live on juices very important. I feel it help keep me in perfect balance, great for recovery.
for the last year i try and have a juice/smoothie for a meal at least 3 times a week i just got the gracie diet book in the mail as of five minutes ago alot of good stuff in there
Why the hell am I supposed to not to touch the bananas? I consume about 4 bananas a day and I touch them. Suck on the Rener.

A great combo, kale, beets,carrot,lemon and ginger.
1/2 banana, 1 cup berries (any kind), 1 cup yogurt (your favorite, i prefer plain or vanila here), 1 cup soy milk, 1 cup ice cubes, and one scoop hemp protein powder (no thc, so no drug test worries). Blend until smooth. My new favorite smoothie!
man i wish i could get some hemp protein powder with TCH in it that would be bomb

i know this thread is about smoothies....but i am curious how steroids have enhanced performance in jiu jitsu.....or if there are any popular practicioners that have been caught...royce did in his latest match i think....not sure how much jits he used tho..but anyone usin' in tournies u think? probably not much right because it's more technique? maybe would help with wrestling? i guess chael sonnen vs. anderson silva showcased that.

My current fave is carrot, honeydew, cucumber and Acai frozen packets. You can use acai juice if you dont have the packets. Also throw a serving of my protein powder of the minute in there.
I use blueberry, melon, ice cream, and raspberries! :) I can't stay away from the ice cream! :(

Kale, Spinach, Wheat grass, Beet in the morning. Watermelon, cucumber, ginger after workouts. Every once in a while on Sundays around brunch; tomato juice, 1 dash celery salt, 1 dash ground black pepper, 1 dash Tabasco sauce, 2-4 dashes Worcestershire sauce, 1/8 tsp. horseradish (pure, never creamed), Dash of lemon or lime juice and Vodka juice
Garnish with celery stalk.

i should have bought a champion juicer, the one i have takes 10 minutes to clean not 30 seconds, because it has a metal screen that all the pulp gets stuck in.
